-Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay -No more than 8 guests allowed & No pets allowed, $500 fine. -Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted -Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay. -Absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside or outside. $500 fine. -Do Not use candles and burning of incense, these are not permitted due to fire hazard– Fire extinguisher for emergency purposes only -DO NOT PUT ANY UNAUTHORIZED SOAPS IN DISHWASHER– The soap should be labeled under the kitchen sink -If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated! -Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host BEFORE LEAVING, Please make sure to: -Turn the AC to 75 degrees or, if cold outside, heater on 67 -Turn off all inside lights, lamps, & fans -Please, put your trash bags in the trash receptacle located outside on patio. Preferred to use the dumpster, straight down at the end of the complex driveway. -Lock doors & windows before leaving (E-lock, simply press the Lock symbol on keypad) – Please, do NOT lock the door handle lock, only keypad lock. Remember to put the key back in the lock box if you used the key. Reminder;. Please, make sure the front door is locked and windows are shut and locked. -Lost or left behind items are not our responsibility - Please, before you leave, do a walk-thru to check for personal belongings.
