RJ's Retreat House Rules & Regulations: -Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay -No more than 5 guests allowed without written/typed consent from the host -One-time Pet Fee: $89 -Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood… -Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay. -Absolutely NO smoking of any kind. $500 fine. -Do Not use Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard – Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only. -If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated! -Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.
