-Must be 25 years of age or older to book -No more than 8 guests are allowed without consent from the host. -Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted - It is a quiet neighborhood… -Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay - -Absolutely NO Smoking inside of any kind -Candles and burning of incense and outside fires are not permitted due to fire hazards (Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes ONLY) -If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please call or make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated! -Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in guests’ favor. -We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs.
