Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only.
-If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or any recommendations)–Much appreciated!
-Accidents happen, if something breaks, simply take a photo and share with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in guests’ favor.

This was our second time at this property. We chose to return because of the privacy and abundant amount of space inside and out. Large enough for four adults and two children and two dogs. Never disappoints-when we’re back in Hattiesburg we will return. Thank you
