Located about 1.5 miles away from Paul B Johnson State Park(225 acres of lake) which also includes a variety of outdoor activities, hiking, and relaxation. It is also a 20 minute drive to USM which makes the perfect place to spend a weekend right outside of the heart of Downtown Hattiesburg.

Really nice place to stay. Located behind the main house, well off the road. Turn in at the Anna Kay's Lake Chalet sign. Washer and dryer were a huge bonus. Very serene country setting, and it had a super cozy lake cabin feel. I was in the area for work, and it was a perfect setup. All the cookware you need with a microwave, full fridge, stovetop, and oven.

I've stayed here before during military training; when I was in graduate school and needed a private place to study and take my exam. Just like the first time - comfy, clean, and private. I arrived a day early (because I clearly can't read my itinerary) and they were MORE than accommodating. Highly recommend. Great service. Instant communication. Cozy place.
