Located about 1.5 miles away from Paul B Johnson State Park(225 acres of lake) which also includes a variety of outdoor activities, hiking, and relaxation. It is also a 20 minute drive to USM which makes the perfect place to spend a weekend right outside of the heart of Downtown Hattiesburg.

- Must be 25 years of age to book - No more than 2 guests are allowed without consent from the host - Excessive noise and music are not permitted - Absolutely no smoking allowed inside of the property - Candles, incense and outside fires are not permitted -We kindly ask that pets stay off all furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. This helps us maintain a clean and comfortable space for all our guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
