Anchor Point at Oak Shores Rules & Regulations: -Must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay -2 is the maximum no. of guests allowed at Oak Shores at any time. This is enforced by the Fire Marshal and the HOA. -NO PETS allowed. A violation of no pets policy will result to $150 fine. -No glassware or breakable items are allowed in pool or beach areas. There is a $500 fine. -Excessive noise & loud music are not permitted. Absolutely NO parties of any kind during your stay. -Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the unit at any time. Electronic cigarettes are also prohibited. $500 fine. -Please run cold water before, during and after the use of the garbage disposal unit. -Please do not put raw seafood in fridge or freezer unless triple bagged. -Candles and burning of incense are not permitted due to fire hazard. -No grills are allowed on the balconies or within 15 feet of a building. Do not hang items from balcony railings or throw anything from the balcony. -Fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink for emergency purposes only. -If anything seems out of the ordinary or of concern, please make sure to leave us a message. (i.e. any questions, concerns, or recommendations)–Much appreciated! -Accidents happen; if something breaks, simply take a photo and share it with the host. A consequence for item(s) repayment for making zero contact with the host regarding the broken item(s) will be enforced. If upfront and honest, compromise and understanding will usually work in the guests’ favor.
